Soumyajeet Bandyopadhyay began his journey at Fujitsu, excelling in Oracle technology, but felt called to create deeper impact. Inspired by the growth of Infosys in Mysore, he left corporate life to build an IT company in his hometown—starting with just four people and a vision of shared progress.

Meditation and the Silva Method became his guiding force, especially during Covid, when a powerful insight led him to co-create Silva’s first online courses. By 2022, these programs had reached learners worldwide and generated over $1M in revenue. Today, his company serves 15+ global clients with 40+ employees—a story of purpose, resilience, and transformation.
