Silva Method India is a partnership firm registered in West Bengal, India (GSTIN 19AFEFS1756E1ZW), operating as an authorised provider of Silva Method personal-development, meditation and mind-training programmes. Our registered office is at SN-2, City Centre, Ambedkar Sarani, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal – 713216, India.

We provide structured personal-development and meditation training through:

• Live online courses conducted over Zoom, including our Basic Lecture Series (BLS) and specialised workshops such as Time Mastery and Manifestation.
• In-person residential retreats and seminars held at partner venues in India.
• Supporting materials, live practice sessions and, where applicable, certificates of completion.

Our programmes are educational and self-developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of specific results.

You are allowed to use this website only if you are over 18 years of age. By using this website, you are indicating that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or, for retreats, the applicable advance and issuance of a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

Course dates, timings and the live schedule are shared at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and keeping them up to date.

Prices for each programme are shown on the relevant course or retreat page at the time of booking. Prices for customers in India are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise; prices for international customers are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

Payments from customers in India are processed through Razorpay, and international payments through PayPal. For high-value programmes such as the BLS Graduation course and residential retreats, payment in installments may be offered. All purchases are one-time payments – we do not offer recurring or auto-renewing subscription.

We reserve the right to modify the content covered in our courses and to adjust prices at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such change does not affect a booking already confirmed and paid for.

Live online courses are delivered as scheduled real-time sessions over Zoom, with joining links shared ahead of each session. Sessions are not recorded and recordings are not provided; participants are likewise not permitted to record sessions. Certain live courses, including the BLS, entitle participants to attend future repetitions of the same course, subject to seat availability and prior registration. For retreats, the inclusions, dates and venue are as described in your booking details.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: live courses are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the batch start, less a 10% administrative charge, and non-refundable once started; retreat advances are non-refundable, with partial refunds available for early cancellation. Please refer to the full policy for complete details.

As a user, you may be required to register with us and provide personal information. You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and for keeping your account details confidential and secure. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All course content, teaching materials, meditations, brand names and logos provided by Silva Method India are protected by intellectual-property rights and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed or reproduced without our prior written permission.

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions and retreats and to follow reasonable instructions from facilitators. Login credentials and joining links are for the registered participant only and must not be shared. We may remove or refuse service to any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful or harmful to others, without refund.

There may be information on our site that contains unintentional errors or typing mistakes relating to descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to rectify any errors or inaccurate information and to update information on the website at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.

We hold the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change any terms and policies by posting an update on our website. You can check the latest version at any time on this page, indicated by the "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically to keep up with the latest changes.
